Urgent Status (Medical)

The Registry may assign your application “Urgent Status (Medical)” if:

  • You, or someone in your household, have a terminal illness that is made worse by the place you live right now.
  • You, or someone in your household, have a serious life threatening medical condition that is made worse by the place you live right now and a change in housing will save your life.

If this situation applies to you, please provide The Registry with documents that prove you have a medical urgency and how it is linked to the place you live right now. The documents must be from a medical doctor who is aware of your medical situation and your housing situation.
